Refund Policy

1. General Refund Terms:

   • All course fees are non-refundable once paid, except in specific circumstances outlined below.

   • This policy applies to both offline and online courses, including registration fees, tuition fees, materials fees, and other associated costs.

2. Course Cancellation by the Academy:

   • If the academy cancels a course due to unforeseen circumstances, students will receive a full refund of the course fees.

   • In such cases, students may also be offered a course credit that can be applied to another course offered by the academy.

3. Student Withdrawal:

   • If a student chooses to withdraw from a course, no refunds will be issued unless the withdrawal occurs within a specified timeframe (e.g., before the completion of the first class session).

   • For online courses, a full refund may be considered if requested within 48 hours of the first live class session.

4. Transfer of Enrollment:

   • Enrollment in a course is non-transferable. Students may not transfer their enrollment to another individual or defer their enrollment to a future course session without prior approval from the academy.

5. Digital Course Materials:

   • All digital course materials provided are for the exclusive use of the enrolled student and are non-returnable and non-refundable.

6. Exceptions:

   • Any deviation from this refund policy will be at the sole discretion of the academy and will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation by Students:

   • Students must notify the academy in writing (via email or postal mail) of their intention to cancel their enrollment.

   • Cancellations received after the specified refund period will not be eligible for a refund.

2. Cancellation by the Academy:

   • The academy reserves the right to cancel courses due to insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances.

   • In such cases, students will be notified promptly and offered a refund or course credit as per the refund policy.

3. Course Schedule Changes:

   • The academy may reschedule classes due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, students will be notified in advance, and no refunds will be issued unless the student cannot accommodate the new schedule.

Additional Terms

1. No Interest on Refunds:

   • No interest will be paid on any refunds.

2. Policy Updates:

   • The academy reserves the right to modify and amend this refund and cancellation policy at any time without prior notice.

3. Jurisdiction:

   • All disputes arising from this policy are subject to the legal jurisdiction of Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
